The good kind of tired
I'm tuckered out from mowing the lawn and raking the yard, but I got some sun on my neck and one of those blisters in the crook of my thumb and the yard looks so beautiful, now. The birds are chirping madly and the sun is starting to go down, and the light has that super-real quality. I've been madly doing a million projects and it's nice to finally slow down a bit.
Next week I'm hoping some of my new car parts arrive so I can make some progress on the Barracuda. See here for details: clutch project
Yesterday I spent the whole day with Stephen Hill, who built me a new computer. This is the first computer I have ever picked-out and purchased - all the others have come from jobs I've had. He also got my wireless network working in the house, soon I'll be "totally wired", or rather, unwired.
